They are both brilliant books at teaching us about living under grace not under the law, but also instilling in us a passion for God's glory. There is no condemnation for those in Christ. And all "Godly sorrow leads to repentance" - it leads to a deeper look at the Cross where Jesus paid the price for all our failings and took all our guilt, enabling us to live.
