Overcoming fear!
This blog post is taken from our church weekly bulletin!
It has helped me so much. Thank you Lord for using Peter and Victoria Jones to bless so many!
Read these verses… And hold tight to them. Hold them close to your heart!
Deuteronomy 1:21
See, the Lord your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Joshua 10:25
Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Be strong and courageous. This is what the Lord will do to all the enemies you are going to fight.”
Psalm 56:4
In God, whose word I praise— in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me ?
Isaiah 12:2
Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”
Jeremiah 42:11
Do not be afraid of the king of Babylon, whom you now fear. Do not be afraid of him, declares the Lord, for I am with you and will save you and deliver you from his hands.
Daniel 10:12
Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.
Zechariah 8:15
“so now I have determined to do good again to Jerusalem and Judah. Do not be afraid.”
Matthew 6:34
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Luke 12:32
“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.”
Revelation 1:17
When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last.”
Fear robs us of life, and stops us stepping into our destiny. Take a moment to answer this big question…
If I were 10 times bolder, what would my life look like ?
The difference between what our lives look like and what they would look like without fear is the measure of life that fear is robbing us off. Take some time to pray on your own for boldness and greater courage to live without fear.

Not sure where to start. So if I understand right our US House and Senate is about to approve a bailout of $700+ Billion dollars with money we have all paid in as an American. And who are we bailing out, the same people that put us into the situation or did they. We are in this situation primarily due to the hope that people will always spend money if it’s in the bank or something that can be borrowed against, we need to focus on living in our means.
But back to the Sellout I mean Bailout, this money will be put up to purchase the assets of the failed banking system at a discounted price and then sold back to other company hopefully at a profit but not guaranteed. So then the companies will be allowed to shuffle the assets, IE Our Mortgages, around the country at a heavily discounted price. Allowing huge profit margins but you know the oil companies need some competition in the greatest margins ever.
If an average American losses their house because of miss managed finances the bank will liquidate those ASSETS at a sale or possible auction. Why are we acting at all, just let the business fold as they may and other more efficient businesses will purchase the assets as necessary without placing the tax payer’s money up for a quick fix.

Thanks for you taking the time to write this. For me the hardest thing about a blog is finding the time to create content.

maybe you should ditch the religion thing and focus on getting better at IT… or hockey… or having girlfriends… that would make your life less sad and your lessons less boring!

1. In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
2. All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
3. The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
4. The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)
5. You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything).
6. Guide us to the Straight Way
7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
