I thought the foliage on the floor was interesting..
What a shame the owner just let it sit for 45 years rather than enjoy it. If he sold it for what he thinks it’s worth that comes out to about $2,700 per year. Certainly not a great investment and to me that’s not worth the value of enjoyment it could have provided had it been driven.
